Responsibilities
- Network and desktop support for headquarters and satellite facilities running Windows XP and Windows Vista.
- Responsible for installation and upgrading software and hardware for all users within multiple diverse departments.
- Maintain and update problem report documentation.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills while working with end users and management.
- Maintain client administration systems, including Microsoft 2003 Server Active Directory utilizing group policies.
- Document technical software installation procedures.
- Provide technical and hardware support for Windows XP and Windows Vista systems.
- Responsible for browser upgrades as well as security patch implementations.
- Must be a highly motivated self starter that can multitask.
