Deployment Technician
We are looking for several experienced Deployment Technicians for a contract assignment in our Pittsburgh location. The job requirements are:
•REQUIRED - EXPERIENCED Desktop Support technicians that have been involved with a med-large Corporate PC refresh ; will be refreshing around 300 units in two Pittsburgh area locations;
•REQUIRED – Must be able to work in EITHER location - one north of Pittsburgh and the other south;
•REQUIRED – must be proficient in user support as well as technology PC Refresh activities;
•REQUIRED – Superior Knowledge of Window XP, Office Suite
•REQUIRED - Experience with Ghost any version ; experience with version 11.5 (Suite 2.5) a PLUS
•Must be able to take direction and not try to re-invent the wheel ; there is a process done for a Refresh and techs are needed that will run with that process and not question the methodology;
•Must be able to flow seamlessly from Refresh activities to light user support if needed;
•There may be some off-hour work involved including weekends or evening work ; will need to be flexible to the demands of the project;
•Must be able to lift 40 pounds;
•Must be a professional and have great customer service skills (sometimes may be interacting with users)
•Must have good personal hygiene and business casual dress;
